1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how the App handles information, including device location data used to deliver location-based reminders.
2. What we collect

Location (Precise & Background): Used to
trigger reminders when you arrive at or leave a place you set in the
App.
- Purpose: Core functionality (geofencing reminders).
- Storage: By default, location data is processed on your device and not sent to our servers.
- Notifications: Used to deliver reminder alerts.
- App Data You Provide: Reminder titles, notes, and saved places you add. Stored on your device.
3. How we use information
- To deliver location-based reminders you configure (arrival/exit).
- To show and manage your reminders inside the App.
4. Data processing and storage
- On-device first: Reminder content and geofences are stored locally on your device.
- No sale of data: We do not sell your personal data.
- No third‑party advertising: We do not share your data for targeted advertising.
6. Your choices
- Location permissions: You can grant “Allow Once,” “Allow While Using the App,” or “Always.” For background reminders to work reliably, “Always” is recommended. Change anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
- Notifications: Enable/disable in iOS Settings → Notifications.
- Delete data: Delete reminders and places in the App. To remove all local data, delete the App from your device.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
This app is provided as an additional help on top of your own judgment. Please use your own discretion before relying completely on the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (the owner) are not responsible or liable for any issues, losses, damages, or consequences arising from or related to your use or misuse of the app, including any malfunction, errors, interruptions, inaccurate results, or inability to access or use the app—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such issues. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
10. International users
If you use the App outside your home country, your information may be processed on devices and services located in other regions, subject to local laws.
11. Changes to the App and Service
We (the owner) may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app—including features, functionality, UI, availability, or associated content—at any time, with or without notice.
12. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Effective Date” above.
13. No Warranties, Your Responsibility
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or availability). You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for any actions you take (or don’t take) based on reminders or notifications. Do not rely on the app in situations where failure or delay could result in harm, loss, or damage.
